Obituary
William Tate McMillen, known to most as Tate, passed peacefully from this life at his Oklahoma residence on April 19, 2023 at the age of 49. Tate was born on November 4, 1973 in San Antonio, Texas to John M. McMillen and Margaret Louise (McConnell) McMillen.
Tate had an artistic side, that he eventually turned into a career as a graphic designer. He enjoyed photography and listening to music. He was a true animal lover, and was known to always give the dogs too many treats. Above all else, Tate loved his son, family and many dear friends.
Tate is survived by his son: Ivan Henry Coleman of Portland, Oregon; twin brother: John Michael McMillen; and mother and step-father: Margaret McMillen and John Ervin.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Cremation services have been entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service and Cremations of Antlers, Oklahoma.
