Willis Lloyd Stephenson Obituary

SSGT Willis Stephenson (retired) "Butch" passed into the arms of the Lord on June 4, 2024 in Antlers, Oklahoma. He was born in Lubbock, Texas in 1948. He proudly served in the Marines as a heavy equipment operator in VietNam and San Diego, and on the Military Search and Apprehension Team in San Diego.

Butch and his wife of 31 years, Ronna, moved to Antlers, Oklahoma in 2003.

He is survived by his wife Ronna of the home; his sisters: Cindy Hale and Cheryl Stephenson; and his cousin: Diane Patton.

Butch enjoyed fishing with friends, welding, fabrication and restoration of vintage trucks, automobiles and motorcycles. He also loved his english bulldogs. Butch's sense of humor always kept everyone laughing. He valued his Christian faith, and his precious friends and family. Butch loved his country and was always happy to offer a helping hand to those in need.

A gathering for family and friends will be held at Serenity Funeral Service in Antlers, Oklahoma on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 6-8PM.

Services have been entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service and Cremations.
