Terry Burch and the entire staff of Serenity did a Phenomenal job when my precious Father in-law Hollis Cole passed away September 9th. From the planning of his service on the 10th to the ability of family members all week long being able to come in to have private moments to say out goodbyes to family night on the 16th and the celebration of life on the 17th I could not of asked for more!!! My dad was prepared and presented well, all his military things were handled, police escort for the procession was handled for our over 300 cars!!! The staff was exceptional, compassionate and empathetic!!! I would refer everyone I know to Terry Burch and Serenity!!! Since then my Husband Hollis Jr Cole and I have met with Pat Ross and bought Whole Life Insurance and Pre planned for our Celebration of Life Ceremonies with Serenity and that way it also makes it easier on our loved ones! Anyone who is reading this I would advise them to do this as it is a kindness you can do as your final act before making your journey home!
